I just want you to know how much I've suffered all year long after what happened there
Genesis Australia after sales service is useless after buying a 125000 thousand dollar Electric car, you would expect more from what is meant to be a luxury brand. Waiting for a part to be fitted to the car for almost five weeks- car has been in an outside holding yard all this time. Concierge (Emma) was unable to provide clear updates and contributed to this situation being way harder to handle than it should have been…when asked to speak to management were informed she was the highest we could go.
On 19th August my GV70!was collected by the concierge driver to existing issue going on for a while & look at the fading silver beading’s around the doors an issue with most cars.manufactured in Korea. I am yet to receive a service report! However I was gobsmacked that only one beading was replaced & sticky tapes still present. Genesis GV70 Review Update + My Experiences Driving the GV70 for 1.5 Years First off, when I received my Genesis GV70, I didn't get the welcome gift pack (like key cases, mugs, etc.). When I asked about it, they said it would be shipped to my home. The welcome gift pack wasn't sent until I contacted them again. Attention Genesis Motors and CEO You do not deserve to have the brand.. We had the worst experience ever with your After Service & Management team! Our brand new GV70 picked up by after service team and cam back with scratch of course denied plus Forged our signature!! Reported to police that matter later we went back to get a service, our car came back with greases all over by same guy we had an issue of scratch & signature forgery!
