I own a 2024 Genesis Electrified GV70, and this has been one of the most frustrating and concerning experiences I’ve had with any vehicle. At just 20,000 miles, the tires were already completely worn down which is unacceptable on its own for a so called luxury vehicle. Incredible vehicle sold my Porsche Macan and picked up the GV 70 3.5 Advanced couldn't be happier
DO NOT BUY THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. Closed 2 dealerships near me now expect me to travel 97 miles ONE WAY for service and warranty work. In my area that's an almost 3 hour drive each way. Do they care ...NOPE. waste of money, and can't even sell it since anyone who buys it will have the same problem.
Terrible management. Loved my car, but had issues with the parking brake. Eventually, it met Lemon Law criteria. But getting through this process has been awful. My personal corporate advisor has been fine, but Genesis has absurd rules and regulations that makes you think YOU’RE the one who sold THEM a defective car. It’s truly unbelievable. I am the victim of this. I am the one who was out of a car for 40+ days. Yet, there’s no attempt on Genesis’ end of reconciliation or repair. Just more hoops.
I bought a new GV80. When you buy new you have no unforeseen things that pop up. My mother has a really hard time getting in and out of the GV80. This pushed me to buy a used G80, excellent condition. The only problem is, it only had ONE key fob. Once upon a time I had a Murano that caused me to buy an additional fob. Cost about $200.
