Genesis of Montgomery had me very upset for my services appointment at first. Due to the fact that a loaner was not available and I had waited almost 2 months for some parts no major parts but some parts. But after I spoke with the general manager he made things better than expected. He provided me with transportation, my services were done in a timely manner. * UPDATE* After 5 months of notifying the dealership of their wrong doing and attempting to contact them, no one from service nor management contacted me to make the situation right. Genesis corporate and the BBB stepped in and they also refused to cooperate with them. The 15th District Court found the dealership guilty of not performing the services and potentially damaging the engine. They have been order to pay all damages and court costs. I brought my 2017 Genesis G80 in on May 14, 2026, reporting dried coolant residue at the upper coolant hose connection and requesting a full inspection of the cooling system, spark plugs, transmission fluid, and suspension. The vehicle stayed 47 days. I was told repairs were complete June 26, and picked it up June 30. The invoice recorded mileage in/out as identical, inconsistent with a test drive.
