They don’t call you back. You can leave a message and say it’s urgent and they will call you back three weeks later. If they even get back to you at all. I have my primary care, doctor and my urologist through the genesis medical group. It’s impossible to get a hold of either one of them even when it is urgent.

This is the worst medical practice I have ever experienced in my life. I was referred to Dr. Ellent by my Gastroenterologist. The staff at Genesis is absolutely horrible. They lost my referral fax 3 times before I was even able to make an appointment, When I got my appointment and was seen by a nurse only, they never ordered procedures that we promised by the nurse. Dr Sardinas and the staff at Genesis Medical Group provide a level of care that is simply beyond grammatical description. Dr Sardinas is a doctor who truly cares about his patients and is willing to go the extra mile to see to it that they get the treatments and help they require. I truly cannot express my appreciation in words.
