This is a great place to detox. Everyone was very attentive and caring. Anyone was very kind and great but I would like to give a special thank you to Dr. Johnson, coordinator PJ, nurse Ashlie, nurse Natalie, tech Cheryl, tech Marcus and supervisor Amanda!
The worst business of all time, not just in the medical field. I called this place trying to get help, they ask my name, I told them. Next, they hung up. I called back the next day explaining I felt suicide due to drug use, the said, "oh ok" then they hung up AGAIN. I then called the main hospital to ask if they treated suicidal patients. The main hospital said yes, of course we do it's state law that we treat patients with suicidal plans in place. I am truly thankful to God for these people I was on Kratom 9 years of heavy use its like they knew of the hard times I was going though they treated me with very much respect and understanding and took excellent care of me and my withdraws conditions Cheryl and Amanda and PJ made me feel good about getting better and for that I thank them for going the extra mile for me Thank you
It was stressful at times. A few excellent people I need to mention , Cheryl, , Mona Maria excellent! Sweethearts Nurses, Tammy, Laurie, so caring ! Really sweethearts. All hard worker I mentioned. Also, the main person I can’t remember her name head of the techs Sweet, hard worker. Made sure we got our smoke breaks . Only a few would not at evening shift. She handled it. The pillows sucked. I did get two helped. Good not good at all.
This place saved my life? The staff are top notch and so friendly If anyone needs help with addiction or knows anyone these guys are your solution. The rooms were as nice as any I have seen and the food is abundant and delicious the medical care is wonderful and 24 hr 7 days a week Highly recommend!
