Rented a NICE1 cooling machine to relieve post shoulder replacement surgery pain. For a very reasonable price for such a sophisticated gadget, they delivered it to my house, educated my wife and I on its use, which was straight forward, and then picked it back up when we were done. Todd was great to work with, SUPER responsive with texts or voicemails, and it could not have been more convenient. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!!
Difficulty reaching due to 3 day a week hours. We did finally get an appointment.
They sold me a knee brace based on my doctor's recomendation, the brace itself is fine. My complaint is that i was charged well over $1000 for an item i can by online for just a few hundred dollars. And then they did no follow up check-ins with me to see his it was working or if it needed any adjustments.
