This place is absolutely horrible! They are completely untrained and unprofessional! Took my daughter here to get labs which she has PTSD with needles. They said they could restrain her. I figured they knew what they were doing. Wrong! Called 2 security guards over from hospital. When they got there instead of placing her on the table in the lab room they attempted to restrain her in the chair. One guard actually sat on my daughter. It was good. I went in the morning at 6:30 on Saturday without an appointment and got done at 7:20. The front desk lady and the nurse were nice
I have been going to this Lab for approximately 10 years and everyone I have ever dealt with has always been very professional.
The nurse Carmen who drew my blood today was amazing! She not only made me feel comfortable but she did very well drawing my blood. Great customer service as well!
