Dr Mann is excellent and so is most of his staff ....with the exception of DENISE who is enough to make someone change to another Dr. If it was not for Dr. Mann or the rest of the staff I would leave. I feel sorry for all the girls that have to work with DENISE...who is apparently the office manager and without a doubt the nastiest, most arrogant rude miserable woman that I have ever dealt with and I was only on the phone with her 2 minutes and that was too long. DENISE SHOULD BE LET GO OR NOT ALLOWED TO SPEAK TO CLIENTS.
