DON'T GO HERE FOR ANYTHING!!! Wish I could give negative stars. I went in on March 3rd with a heart attack and they kept telling me I was having a panic attack. I told them I have a sharp stabbing pain in the center of my chest too the back, I can't breath, I'm nauseous and numb. They wouldn't listen to anything I said, I said I had a strong family history of heart disease they kept giving me pain meds instead of taking my word into consideration. Would give 0 stars if possible. Sat in the waiting room for 3 hours before walking out. Was not seen because it was not a priority. Being a type one diabetic I’m prone to infection … the longer I sit with it open the more of a chance it gets infected. Not to mention I PASSED OUT and was just given a wheel chair, barf bag, and ice pack until I could get the chance to be seen..even waited another hour after that! I was in Genesis hospital back 2 weeks ago, on vacation from New York State. I am so thankful to the staff the nurses the doctors etc and the cleanliness in the top care that I received. Again thank you to all the staff and everyone that was there my name is Tim halter and you help me out greatly. Thank you again I'm back home now in Rochester following up with all my referrals from my primary doctor to the cardiologist etc. Again thank you for all your help
