I have been blessed to have received sound counsel and encouragement from multiple personnel at Genesis. They not only cared about my well-being, but also took time to convey equal care, consideration as well as availability for my former spouse. It takes two willing people to go this route but I have never heard one bad thing from anyone who chose to go this route.
