I’ve been going to Genesis Med Spa for about 4 years now. Botox and facials are amazing. Dr. Sharlow and the team and incredibly kind and accommodating. I’ll keep coming back!
Amazing results and staff
Basically happy with my results, but gave it only 3 stars due to the fact that 2 of my 4 appointments were canceled pretty last minute , 1 was my actual procedure appt that had been set up for weeks and had been worked into my own business scheduling, the other was 3 months post procedure check-up. As a business owner I know that things can happen, but twice to the same client when it's something this important was a disappointment for sure. Nice people but for the price I paid non of the filler lasted on me,not even a week and a half, I went to someone new and my lips are still full after a month.
The staff is amazingly patient, helpful, and kind. Dr. Sharlow and the ladies that work in the office have all been helpful and informative in helping me figure out the best services for my desired results. No pushing or selling, just supportive information on services and products. I love the results I get everytime I go, and I actually enjoy visiting them while I'm there. Thankful to have such a great Doctor and team in this area.
