Today I got my final warranty service done at Maple Genesis and everything went as planned. Davis Ha took care of me and went through the service report in detail. They provided me a shuttle to Dave & Buster's and back so that I enjoy the time with my son while they work on the vehicle. Great customer service and attention to detail. I would highly recommend this location and Davis Ha expertise.
I'm new to the dealership (service dept specifically) Davis is the best!! He has helped me so much and it's been the best experience,thus far. If you own a Genesis and are in need of service, this is where you need to take it, no matter where you purchased. Amazing team!! Can't thank them enough.
