**This is not a complaint but an informative review** Back in May, I placed an order for a 2022 G70 Sport at a finance rate of 2.9%. My salesperson was Satveer. The vehicle arrived 2 months later and just 5 days before delivery I am told that it's a 2023 they got for me which is more expensive. The finance rate jumped from 2.9% to 5.6%. The monthly payment came out to be almost 200$ more than what I was originally told. Shuaib at Genesis Maple went above and beyond to make my G70 Sport buying experience as smooth and special as possible. This was my first car buying experience and he was patient and quick to respond to all my many questions. I can’t thank him and his team enough! On top of the great service the car has been incredible to drive and I’ve loved owning it so far. I would highly recommend Genesis Maple and Shuaib in particular for anybody looking to buy a new luxury vehicle!
My Genesis was towed here after I got a flat tire while visiting Wonderland. While they were not able to source a fairly specialized tire for me same-day, Yasmeen did go out of her way to accommodate me and helped me get one of my snow wheels mounted after the service department had stopped taking jobs for the day so I could get on my way.
