Exceptional work by TJ all the way from first call to delivery. Really loved the experience end to end - he was kind, patient and walked me through everything I needed to know for my first time getting a vehicle. If you’re picking up a Genesis from here, ask for him. I did as much research as I could on Genesis and I wasn’t sure if I’d have the same experience as others online and I’m glad to say I did indeed - it felt premium, they took care of me and made it a breeze. GV70 drives like a dream too.
Leo and TJ were wonderful to work with, fast and responsive, and very straightforward and direct. The dealership itself is clean and modern, and the Genesis vehicles are extremely nice. I ended up buying from another dealership closer to my house, but I wanted to write a review since the experience was so great.
