The service department is out of sync. Had a rim sent out under warranty about 5 months ago took almost 3-4 weeks to get it done and then I had to find them the new Michelin tire that was also needed and they kept saying it was on backorder. That same rim was nor re finished properly so I took it back they took phots and after 3 weeks they never got back to me.
