This driver Joe delivers to my store and is rude, disrespectful and cuss at myself and my employees when he ask not to block the entrance! Thus is an outgoing problem with thus same nasty mouth driver. He is not allowed at my store after today!
Steve has absolutely no business being around the public. Confrontational, unprofessional and highly inappropriate. This man started an argument with one of your clients customers in their store. Unacceptable. And it was so easy for him--I'm sure this isn't the first time he's accosted the public. The employees of the store I was in even said they had called Genesis about Steve in the past. I'm absolutely going to take this up the chain of command with the store that this happened in too. He's a liability.
