We recently visited this dealership to test-drive a newer-model GV70. Unfortunately, the experience was frustrating and ultimately led us to take our business to a different Genesis dealership (Markham). Before the test drive, Suresh spent a lot of time going over very basic features, such as “this is how you put it in drive”, and cosmetic details such as interior lighting and cabin sounds.
