Looking for an electric SUV at Genesis was quite the experience. Justin Anderson was very pleasant and knowledgeable, comfortable to deal with, answered all our questions and was down to earth while showing us this luxurious vehicle. Super to deal with.
Been buying Hyundai for 18+ years, but my one experience with Genesis has been terrible. In the first 33k my G70 sedan has had 3 separate issues (electrical, battery and full brake replacement) and the service has been 'difficult' at best. I was told today by the Manager, "there are no guarantees in car ownership", "they will try better", and she "hopes things will improve". I'm no longer willing to 'hope' with her - I'm moving on to a more reliable premium car, like a Lexus or Audi. Bye, bye Schlueters!
Always attentive. Good service. Explain things well. Great facility. They really go beyond and stand by their word.

We had an unexpected flat tire and stopped by Genisis Kitchener. The team was kind enough to accommodate us at the last minute, and we're so grateful. A special thank you to Zaid for being so courteous and helpful throughout the process. The team made a stressful situation so much easier and had us safely back on the road in no time. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent service!
