They lost my chain and never contacted me about it. The printer was down when I pawned it, and the employee gave me a handwritten paper instead of a proper ticket. Now there’s no record in their system showing that I ever pawned my chain. Do not pawn anything when their printer is down, you can end up taking a loss even when you know your item is still there.
