Had an MRI of my shoulder done. They got me right in. Evie was pleasant, efficient and professional. A good experience overall.
I had my yearly mammogram this morning. Lori was the tech. She was gentle and caring. It is such an easy procedure! I said " Easy peasy" and we both laughed. I wonder why more women don't have their yearly mammogram done! If it's because you're scared, don't be!! It's so quick and easy.
Whoever set up my mom's appt for her mammogram, should learn how to make sure the person on the other phone has the correct address to go to, instead of making people late and having them drive everywhere just to find the right place, this disrespectful stuff needs to end bcuz people don't have time to waste, nor gas, because you don't know how to do your job correctly.
I would not even give the receptionists at this facility a scoring of 1. I arrived at the wrong Genesis Imaging Center [Davenport] at the correct time. The receptionist there was top notch. She would rate a 5 star. She sympathized with me by explaining that this happens quite often; gave me a card with the correct facility's address highlighted; gave me directions on how to get there; said she would reschedule me to have my MRI done there instead if she could, however they were booked; and even said she was going to call the... read more
