PWorst experience ever booking a trip!! This company has no business ethics. We bought a package through their website, paid for an Airline upgrade. Got our receipt for the purchase, stating exactly what we have chose. BUT the email from the airline showed the basic option that we had upgraded at booking time and not what we had paid for. We called customer service to fix the problem. Verify disappointment Priceline was unable to provide a resolution. I am a very frequent customer and would like to have been shown just a little bit of grace and mercy.
STAY AWAY FROM PRICELINE. Priceline set me up with a cheap rental car and a good protection price only to realize when I got there that I wasn't eligible to use the coverage. Also the 88$ priceline told me I would pay turned into 360$. Priceline is a scam I want my money back. And I will never use them again. I'd rather walk across the continental united states than use this useless company again.
