I made a hotel reservation on Priceline. When I got to the hotel, there was no reservation in the system. I called the Priceline helpline and was told “After you received your confirmation and we had charged your credit card, the price of the room went up. So if you want the room, you have to pay more money.” I told the Priceline rep absolutely not. He then canceled the reservation. I booked a hotel room through Priceline for my father so he could attend a doctor’s appointment. Unfortunately, he was admitted to the hospital the day before the appointment and was physically unable to travel. I contacted Priceline immediately to request a refund or at least a credit. They told me I would need to provide proof that he was hospitalized. I sent them his hospital discharge paperwork clearly showing he was admitted during the hotel’s check-in date. Not flexible with our hotel reservation wouldn’t let us cancel hotel reservation once we checked in they were not being very flexible with us at all. Priceline is not a good recommendation. I don’t recommend Priceline to anyone

Fantastic service from Priceline near me! Their hotline guided me through hotel and flight bookings. The customer service team was responsive and very professional.
