I booked a hotel room through Priceline for my father so he could attend a doctor’s appointment. Unfortunately, he was admitted to the hospital the day before the appointment and was physically unable to travel. I contacted Priceline immediately to request a refund or at least a credit. They told me I would need to provide proof that he was hospitalized. I sent them his hospital discharge paperwork clearly showing he was admitted during the hotel’s check-in date. Not flexible with our hotel reservation wouldn’t let us cancel hotel reservation once we checked in they were not being very flexible with us at all. Priceline is not a good recommendation. I don’t recommend Priceline to anyone
