They're very slow, non responsive, on assisting individuals trying to get a new client. It feels like they were just putting things off for those individuals. Constantly tell the person to "come back later/ next week Not enough staff to cover all stations so needed staff are sometimes unavailable
Korina Gonzalez, director of recreational and assistant Loretta Padilla, are doing a great job here at Genesis Homecare in Clovis, NM. The place is always clean when we come for a visit and they are doing excellent with the residents here. The staff are very friendly and caring. My husband, Joe, who does Karaoke gigs for fun and Korina, after hearing it from my sister-in-law who is a resident here, what a great idea it would be for the residents to sing some Karaoke. Man!
