From the beginning of the process Guy was 100% professional. From coming out to my house to provide a quote and provide samples of flooring (hardwood floor install), to scheduling a crew to come out for the install. I needed a build back service after there was water damage to the place I rented. The landlord insisted on using their contractor, who was charging me an outrageous amount. Instead, I called Genesis, and David, the project manager I was working with, was incredibly gracious, friendly, and most importantly, thorough and considerate. We had our house interior painting done by Genesis home remodeling and they did a fantastic job re-texturing our walls. The most important thing for us was to make sure they will protect our hardwood floors and furniture and they did it very well by covering and masking it and moving the furniture carefully as needed. We are very pleased with the process and the final results.
We really enjoyed working with Genesis Home Remodeling, from start to finish. They were wonderful about accommodating our tastes and considering costs as we tried to stretch our budget as much as we could. They also did a great job helping us figure out some features of universal design that will allow friends and family with mobility challenges to access our whole first floor, including the new bathroom, with ease without compromising the look of the room for our everyday use.
