We had a roof leak and had to file a claim with our insurance provider. Genesis came out, did a quick inspection, and stated that we need new ridge capping, new ridge vents, and would change some insulation. When we received the estimate, it was right at our $1,000 deductible (how convenient for our insurance provider). They recanted and only listed that we need new ridge vents on the work order. You do not need to worry if genesis is a reputable company. They do what they say they will do. I, and my family, don't really get estimates from other contractors because I don't need contractor hassles or unprofessional work. I just want to know the work will be done correctly. I believe Genesis should be rated at 5 stars, but there is something for others to consider. A corner of my porch's concrete (6 inches to each side, not much) was knocked off during a railing install by Genesis. I don't blame Genesis nor the workman... read more
Great service from Genesis Restoration.
April 2024 update: I used Genesis's Handyman service to replace an exterior door frame that had rotted. They got me on the schedule fast and the work was done within a week! I can't recommend them enough for projects both big and small! --- I had a laundry list of small jobs to do on the exterior of my house. Genesis was prompt with getting me a reasonable estimate and was great about adjusting my estimate with what jobs I wanted to cut out or add before we completed the contract.
