Travelled pretty far to try and find this place, took about an hour to get here and there was no one out here sadly, it’s quite remote as I had to take a kayak, didn’t expect it to be out here, couldn’t find the office maybe it was my fault, 5 stars for the good views though!
Great service and very professional.
In the middle of a heat wave, I reached out to Genesis and they came immediately to repair my central AC. Turned out I needed to replace the motherboard. Within 48 hours, the part was ordered and AC repaired. Thank goodness for their quickness and effectiveness. They are professional, friendly and knowledgeable.
I called Juan for replacing AC/furnace and installing new AC/furnace in the attic with ductwork. He installed both system professionally and took care of the permit. VERY PLEASED with his service and would recommend him highly.
Genesis Heating and cooling is definitely a place I would highly recommend. High quality service, reliable and dependable.
