I left a message on a Sunday about our mold issue and received a call first thing on Monday morning. Genesis was able to come out that afternoon. The mold inspectors were two young men who were very professional and courteous. They reviewed the situation and explained the cause and how to treat it. I did not feel that they were trying to sell me unneeded services but were focused on addressing the problem. The problem was then solved. I was very pleased with Genesis.

I highly recommend Genesis Healthy Homes for your mold and air quality check needs. I worked with Trent, who was amazing. He showed up for two houses during my home hunting. He was there on-time and facilitated his work thoroughly and efficiently. Results were promised exactly when he anticipated. The documentation from the testing and recommended remediation (if necessary) was very detailed. Pricing was also extremely reasonable and love that they can travel outside of KS. I would love to work with Trent again should the op... read more
