We found black mold in our walk-out basement while trying to sell our home. Genesis was great in helping find where the mold started, mitigating the problem with minimal damage to the home, and helping our potential buyer understand where the mold most likely came from. They eliminated the problem and were very easy to schedule. We highly recommend Genesis if you get the unfortunate news that you have mold in your home.
Genesis did a great job of identifying and remedied the issue by contacting a plumber to fix the leak. Once that was done they took care of the mold that was in the wall and finally fogged the whole house. They were great to work with alway polite and on time.
Bill is amazing. He and his crew are very thorough and do a great job! I have had them treat my first home and now my second. I’ve trusted them with my garage code both times to treat when I wasn’t there because they are that great!
