Five stars for this place! The lady at the front desk is absolutely amazing. Great environment, great people. I visited someone and everyone was so helpful. Although, as I was leaving to go on the elevator, I encountered this incredibly rude lady. There was a girl working that had food trays and I was in the elevator, so it was pretty packed which, is normal. Sandy, looks like maybe a janitor? She had garbage over a big moveable cart. Very accommodating and prompt response.
I cannot say enough good things about the rehab on the first floor. I met the team, Emily, Mandy, Amanda, Kele, Sam , Deb and I'm sure I'm forgetting some when my dad was there for some basic rehab from a vascular surgery, upon his discharge , my grandmother was sent there for some basic rehab when she unfortunately experienced a stroke . They were so professional and kind with her and when she was basically unable to communicate they treated her with the utmost respect and kindness. The staff was so friendly and always just popping into my mom’s room to make sure she didn’t need anything.
