Worst experience ever with the completely incompetent office staff at Dr Kearse Urologist receptionist (named TORI), which was so atrocious I left without the doctor and will NEVER be back. Copy to: Better Business Bureau, Dr Kearse, Yelp.com
Had an urgent medical issue (my gp has called me daily urging me to schedule with a specialist) they spent over a week processing my referral, wouldn't schedule me until I physically showed up with a referral in hand. I call off work and show up for my appointment and they deny me at check in based on the doctor not taking my insurance. I was referred here by Veterans affairs. I have watched the wait room enough and fill several times. It took nearly 30 minutes just to check in. I've been waiting over an hour for my appointment with no word. Avoid this place as they have no respect for your time. It may have to do if you're using veteran benefits. I'm not sure
These ppl suck parking sucks I came from escondido took me like 20 mins just to find parking after driving over an hr to come to my visit took me over 10 mins to go upstairs their elevators one is broke n the other is slow as hell mind u I'm hurt n can't hardly walk so after walking all the way there I had to wait for the ppl in front of me who don't talk English to get helped I was denied my visit first the stupidest thing ever cause u loose money but ppl like this ain't for the ppl they only care about themselves I will ne... read more
My experience with Genesis HealthCare was perfectly fine. I was seen right away comfortable seating. Doctor listen to what I had to say they referred me for a sonogram and a CAT scan. That was six months ago everything was fine. And now I go back this Thursday for 6-month follow-up. Everyone was kind. And I expect the same this visit as well.👍👍🎶
