My wife was a patient at Mountain Ridge (Genesis) in Franklin, NH. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you want to send someone off to die. Very understaffed, med errors, little response from the "care" staff, no returns of info from the administration. Just an awful place!
I went today and this place was absolutely disgusting. It took nurses 1 hr to respond to the nurse call button and over 20 minutes to respond to the fall alarm. No one was friendly or helpful when trying to navigate the place. I would not trust these people to take care of anything never mind my loved ones! PLEASE IF YOU LOVE YOUR FAMILY SEND THEM ANYWHERE ELSE!
