I've only been at the Valley Center for 6 months, but it's already proven to be one of the best places I've ever worked. My administrator allows me to do my job and does not constantly look over my shoulder. The management staff has been great. I have found that, while being a series environment to work in, working here has been a pleasure. I hope to continue my career with this facility as long as possible.
They own numerous nursing homes. They allow preventable deaths. They constantly get sued. Some law office make most of their income from suing Genesis, mostly from death. They do whatever it takes to keep their negative reviews, and lawsuits out of the news, while keeping reporters from gaining evidence of these numerous deaths within their facilities. They hold patients hostage. Force them to take therapy, keep them on feed tube feedings etc. They are powerful enough to evade prosection from the government, and have done so... read more
