Absolutely no issues with this place!! The Genesis Health Group OB/GYN office in Moline, Illinois is wonderful; probably the best experience I've had in the Quad Cities. Front desk Admin Michelle is polite and helps with all questions & appointments, or directs my needs to appropriate personnel, all whom respond in a timely manner! Dr. Knobeloch is compassionate and very attentive. She listened to everything that I said, and took ALL the time with me that I needed. NONE of my appointments with her have been rushed. Took them 3 hours to put in an IUD. Absolutely ridiculous
probably have to go in to get anywhere I've sat on hold on and off all day for about 30 minutes each time the one time I did connected the first thing I asked was do they accept my insurance and immediately I get "one sec" and I'm connected to some stupid financial robot that brings me no where and I have to call to be put on hold AGAIN.
