Absolutely no issues with this place!! The Genesis Health Group OB/GYN office in the Larson Center, (Illinois) is wonderful, probably the best experience I've had in the Quad Cities. Front desk Admin Michelle is polite and helps with all questions & appointments, or directs my needs to appropriate personnel, all whom respond in a timely manner! Dr. Knobeloch is compassionate and very attentive. She listened to everything that I said, and took ALL the time with me that I needed. NONE of my appointments with her have been rush... read more
Worst OBGYN, they never tell you what is going on for your next appointment and they are very inconsiderate.
Rude staff, dismissive doctor. Just go to Trinity, I wish I had.
after only 3-4 appointments with Lori Claypool i had to find a new doctor immediately. she didn’t take any of my concerns seriously and made me very uncomfortable with receiving care from her.
I seen Dr. Lori Claypool, she took my concerns seriously and was very understanding and made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend anyone to come here, the staff was all wonderful. Thank You
