I like the doctor I see at this clinic. But the service of the clinic is lacking. My pharmacy sends fax to these guys for prescription refill and it goes unanswered. Very unprofessional to say the least. You call to talk to them about your problem and nobody answers. I have waited on the phone on hold for over 15 mins nobody answers, and it's after lunch at 130pm. Can't recommend this place.
Great place and doctors
Went in for urgent care and had them confirm if it was in network with my insurance. I was told yes and paid a copay, then was billed for 3 times as much as they actually weren't in network. When I disputed the charge, they just sent it to collections. After my visit I still had to visit Trinity the same day to have an ultrasound which they were unable to offer at the time of visit. Don't waste your time here and find a better provider.
