Dr.Shah is very dismissive and prejudice. I have only seem him 2x and each time he acts as if he doesn't wanna be bothered. He dismisses my concerns and rushes me. I went in with pain on my right and left out with the same pain. I maybe headed to the ER soon because of this pain..
I cannot recommend the MercyOne Medical Center Emergency Department in Davenport highly enough. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was in good hands. The staff here is truly exceptional. Incredible wait times just to talk to a human who then puts you on hold even longer. This is a massive managerial failure on the part of the leadership at this facility. They are completely understaffed and overworked and don't seem to care. Rather than hire more doctors, they just keep increasing patient loads for more profit at the cost of patient care quality. Don't waste your time with these people. Find a different doctor.
Hours on Friday are at 7:30am. I have been trying to get through since this time and it only rings and rings, yet my call is always disconnected. What time do they open? Trying to get ahold of Family Physician office.
Every time I have a visit ALWAYS are late by one hour… why schedule a 2:30 sharp appointment if you’re going to see me until 3:30? Always the same.
