Hours on Friday are at 7:30am. I have been trying to get through since this time and it only rings and rings, yet my call is always disconnected. What time do they open? Trying to get ahold of Family Physician office.
Every time I have a visit ALWAYS are late by one hour… why schedule a 2:30 sharp appointment if you’re going to see me until 3:30? Always the same.
Front desk was very rude, as well as not trusting what I told them but then saying my HIPA out loud for everyone to hear. Every time I go there I have to do different things with each person. Changing where we go for our health needs.
I have had some good experiences with Genesis Healthcare, but not enough to go beyond a star. Go somewhere else!
Darla at the front desk is extremely rude. Her demeanor with patients is very poor and she treated our family with a great lack of respect and was intentionally mean. When addressed, she refused to apologize or change her tone. A very disappointing representation of the clinic as a whole.
