Front desk was very rude, as well as not trusting what I told them but then saying my HIPA out loud for everyone to hear. Every time I go there I have to do different things with each person. Changing where we go for our health needs.
I have had some good experiences with Genesis Healthcare, but not enough to go beyond a star. Go somewhere else!
Darla at the front desk is extremely rude. Her demeanor with patients is very poor and she treated our family with a great lack of respect and was intentionally mean. When addressed, she refused to apologize or change her tone. A very disappointing representation of the clinic as a whole.
Went to establish care with Dr. Brokloff. I filled out all of the paperwork they sent me and got through the whole health history with her when she asked me about my COVID19 vax status and I told her I was choosing not to get it. After trying to shame me into getting it she she said we weren’t a good match and that and she wouldn’t charge me for the visit and insulted my 30 year career as a nurse and stormed out the door like a 3 year old.
