I can never speak to them on the phone, i’ve been trying to call for days. i’ll stay on hold for 30+ minutes for nothing. I used to be a patient here and i’m trying to re enroll, but i can never get an answer on the phone.
Dr. Marissa Huettman was great during my time in Iowa! She was very knowledgeable and understanding to my needs. I know if I ever move back to the area, I would come back to this office and her again! Can’t recommend her enough!
They let my kids father sneak her in and forced birth control into her arm , she’s only 14. When called and confronted they tried to say that my daughter was lying about who she was, then refused any Information. They hung up on me and were supper dismissive. I’ve never felt so betrayed.
My midwife was great, but they are completely under staffed. They continuously change my appointment dates. One time, they said they’d call me back to reschedule and intentionally scheduled me for a time they knew I wasn’t available. For my last appointment, they tried to reschedule twice. Today, I called to reschedule on my own which is rare. When I spoke to the receptionist, she accused me of being responsible for all the rescheduling that was documented in my file and treated me poorly.
Update: With Dr. Brooks leaving I was concerned about who I would see after my years of not being heard at the group. My appointment was with Lauren Warner and I was extremely happy with the care and time given at my appointment. She was most helpful and I was so pleased with her, I recommended her to my daughter who will be switching over! Always outstanding people at this office!
