Although I like the fact that alpha has a medical office you can visit when sick and be seen, I feel my child has not received the best care here. On more than one occasion, Ryan Passno has misdiagnosed my daughter. Every single time she will say it’s just allergies, that she can see the “line” or something around her eyes that tells her it’s allergies and to give her Zyrtec or Benadryl.
