Don't pay your copay here, wait for the bill. Was overcharged $5 and then Genesis billed me anyway, saying they had no record of my payment and that their accounts were "in balance" so I must have not paid anything. Took three months of waiting for Genesis to fix their error, and they still sent a FINAL NOTICE threatening to send me to collections. So, don't pay your copay during your visit, because they will lose your payment and then blame you for it.
They will just try to shove a covid test down your throat. All the doctor kept repeating was "recent studies show" and make me feel extremely pressured to take the covid test, even though I came in for pink eye. Yes, I had allergies which she confirmed were due to a sinus infection (extremely common for me) but still insisted on the test. I have had covid 5 times and know how it made me feel. She did not listen at all and made me to feel belittled because I was not vaccinated and was not convinced it was Covid. "You can't ju... read more
