I have not yet step foot at the gym yet I will be on Monday It was so easy To join Via their website and when I called them up for information, I’ve spoken to Alex she was so polite and wonderful She answered all my questions over the phone. See edit below: The gym is good but their cancellation policy is bad. My son tried and tried to cancel but they wouldn't accept it over the phone and everytime we went in the reception was unmanned. They took an additional 120 off of a child. Edit: Paul from Genesis contacted me and offered a more than reasonable refund for the services we hadn't used. The GYM has some of the best functional equipment.I have been going for the past 8 years. Very Clean and hygienic.I would say GENESIS is the best GYM in Melton, reasonably priced and great work atmosphere and excellent staff members. Ample Car park, cafe and sauna,boxing bag , speed bag.
Very clean equipment. The staff and coaches are friendly and knowledgeable.
Recently I visited Genesis Health and Fitness in Melton for the first time with my wife for aquatics. The lady at the front desk was amazing and we were given the session free of charge. However to our dismay the facility wasn't really accessibility friendly, except for the change rooms and shower cubicles, which had rubber matting to prevent slips and falls.
