It was a great gym but now a lot of popular morning classes have been cancelled, particularly the ones that us mums and older ladies enjoyed the most even though they had good numbers. It feels like they are ignoring this demographic. A lot of us have injuries or special requirements so we cannot attend all types of classes so it’s very disappointing. Kylie at the front desk ( Sunday afternoon) was the rudest receptionist I’ve ever dealt with. No smile, no courtesy, just Attitude. First impressions matter and she gave the worst one possible. Terrible attitude for someone who’s supposed to represent the front . Completely unprofessional and left me questioning if I should ever come back.

I have not yet step foot at the gym yet I will be on Monday It was so easy To join Via their website and when I called them up for information, I’ve spoken to Alex she was so polite and wonderful She answered all my questions over the phone. I feel like I’m gonna benefit from this gym. I Honestly, cannot wait to start getting fit again and and build up my self-confidence.
