Love it! We love the pools both indoor and out. The locker rooms and showers are big and clean. Plenty of exercise equipment. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Charged me a full month fee PLUS $10/month minimum 2 months to "pause" my membership for a last minute 4-week business trip. So I would pay a full month PLUS $20 so that I can NOT use your gym? They require 30 days notice before you pause your membership - just predatory. "But you agreed to it in your contract!" Despicable. As a business owner myself I would never treat my customers this way. But our business doesn't prey on college students and the poor. Should be illegal. STAY AWAY!
My time at Genesis Westroads was nothing short of a nightmare. This gym not only failed to provide a safe environment, but it also actively contributed to a serious injury that left me shaken and out of pocket. Firstly, let's address the blatant security issues. So, I was hired by Jeanette at Genesis South. She’s a lovely lady but unfortunately works with a racist named Michael. My first day scheduled was December 2, 2023. I showed up for my shift, worked it in its entirety and was excited to be apart of the team. My next day scheduled was December 9, 2023. I have been going to your gym for a long time now and your elliptical machines have deteriorated so bad the today I could not find one machine that the incline worked and I tried them all. That is pathetic. We pay for machines that work!
This is a great gym! They have a great variety of different cardio machines and weight machines. It’s always really clean and I really love that it has a track that you can run on and a pool that you can swim in! The staff is really nice. Check it out!

This review is for chair yoga with Chisa. This instructor is very good, very hands on and informative. She always infoms the class that she will answer any questions and give personal help with any physical problems we are having. She takes her time explaining the movements and adds so much with her knowledge of Yoga.. I love the class.
