My time at Genesis Westroads was nothing short of a nightmare. Renovations are amazing, such a great location and gym!
What happened to can go to any Genesis location anywhere? Now we have to pay more just to go to Westroads because they finally updated the place that was a dump when they bought it. I go once a week to a Group X class as it is the only one offered on a Saturday and it happens to be a Westroads and they want us to pay more?!! That is not how your business presents itself at any of the websites. If you want to charge more charge those who want the extra amenities not those who use what is at every other facility!
