I had a very bad experience with Geniuses Health Club. First of all, the place is dirty and poorly maintained, which is unacceptable for a gym. On top of that, the way they handle memberships feels like a scam. They send emails and text messages advertising a $30 membership, but once you sign up, they end up charging $70 instead. Place stinks. I mean it actually stinks, people leave stuff in the lockers, everything is gross.
I would never bring my child to this location at Vivion. It’s clear it is not very children friendly in the children area, there is a lack of background checks on most staff members manager included his mannerism and way speaks about staff is unacceptable, the language and name calling talking about their race, weight, disabilities or eyeing of others is disgusting behavior.
