I'm very disappointed in this gym. I mainly go for the pool. It's the biggest and warmest in the metro. So I am mainly stuck there because the pool is what I need. My biggest complaint is that they can't seem to keep anything maintained. The women's family dressing rooms have been closed for a month because the showers don't work. And I heard that the men's family rooms are in the same shape. Now they've finally opened them up but the showers still don't work. We're back to where we started a month ago. Im new to Kansas and have been working out here and I’m so happy to be a member of Genesis health clubs. Always get awesome customer service! Front desk is always so nice and helpful!! It’s always nice to see Renee greeting us!!! She’s so sweet!
Update - Renee is amazing and so welcoming! Every time we come in she makes us feel amped up and ready to put on some work. Great atmosphere! I’m newer to a big gym and feel very comfortable here.
