I have been trying for over a month to cancel my membership. I can't get a response by phone or email. I had a family emergency that requires me to relocate so I can't just come in and talk to someone. Steve Fitzwater please contact me and take care of this problem before you take money for the second month since I tried to cancel. Don't waste your money on this gym, the staff is terrible at doing there jobs. If I could give a zero I would.
Recently joined this health club and am very disappointed. It seems like extremely run down and poorly cared for. I was especially excited for the outdoor pool. It has been terribly neglected, is very dirty and needs a lot of work. It’s such a shame as it was once very nice.
Nice gym and good trainers but the women’s steam room has never worked in past 4 years. Does not get very steamy if at all.
A lot of issues for a so called premier gym. AC issues for several years. Renovations stopped half way. Promised new equipment on many occasions, but still have mostly the original. Parking is full of potholes. Cleaning could be better. Locker rooms remodeled, yet locks already broken and shower heads not very good. Towel situation ok for now but lack of good towels is often an issue. Management changes often but not the issues.
