I’ve been with Miramount Wellness Center for over 40 years. My primary’s have been Dr Theiman, Dr Lowther and currently Dr John Bender. John Bender and his staff are incredibly dedicated and friendly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone who’s looking for a doctor to give John Bender a visit. You won’t regret it!!!!!!!!!!

We have been long time members of Genesis and the FC Club. It is a great club, lots of machines, clean locker rooms, pools and mutlple facilities to choose from, I usually hit the FC Club and South, but North also has lots of machines and climbing. When machines are down or there is an issue it is addressed quickly. The classes are great with good instructors especially the Power class and pilates. The staff is attentive and friendly.
