Excellent gym, glad I found this tucked away spot
Unable to fix app or web access to information such as fitness class schedule. Not ok, have to call. This has gone on for a month. Not ok
HIDDEN FEESS UPON HIDDEN FEES WITH EVEN MORE HIDDEN FEES. Horrible customer service from sign up. THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU ABOUT "equipment fees", then a few months later a "rate retention fees" (which they then say goes to equpment... whats the equipment fee for?), then "facility fees". NONE of which they will tell you about when signing up and then give you a condesending smile as they tell you its your fault for not reading every letter in the fine print.
Great gym. Customer service is great. they are very helpful when you need them to be.
It's shocking to me the amount of 1-star reviews based off of people wanting to cancel super quickly and not get charged for it. Like.... you've been going here 5 years and one policy changes all that? I know y'all have wasted way more money on crap off temu or Amazon. Show a little grace, my word. Anyway, I've been coming here on and off for 2 years (and always paid!) and it's amazing. I mostly use it for the classes and kids club. Kids club, they do 4 hour monthly babysitting for $30.
