Member for quite some time. Biggest gripe is people stacking up plates on machines from all over the gym. They are so powerful yet cant unload them and someone else unloads it. Then the weights are all by the leg presses not anywhere else since pilfered! FIX THE PROBLEM and jerk some memberships if necessary. Make people responsible for being lazy
I signed up for personal training sessions with Jeffrey Burris. Love the results and he got me into a great routine that I’m confident that I can do myself going forward.
Do not ever go here, Always busy to the point of not wanting to be there. Also, the staff do not give A crap about their members, I hadn’t been there for a year and a half went into cancel my membership and they charged me for two extra months then refused to help me because “that’s how it works”
I love steam sauna
The machines are always broken, this place smells like sewer. They overcharge significantly based on the quality of this gym. You can go to almost any other gym in Des Moines for less money and better quality.
