Good facilities but GOOD LUCK contacting anyone for help. Their member services are located in Wichita, KS and apparently they don't answer their phone.
Terrible prices $85 for the first 12 months or $92 monthly that is ridiculous I can go to places a fraction of that price
I want to make sure EVERYONE who visits this FB in West Des Moines knows — if you’re told by Jacob ( assistant manager ) or anyone else in membership that you need to either choose a free 3-day pass OR receive a 6 month membership — you’re being intentionally deceived just to sell you a membership!
