Do not join this gym if you hate the most annoying cancelation process of any service ever provided. Not only was canceling my membership an absolute headache when I was moving to a new place, they harass you after you make it clear you want to be left alone. Nice gym. Love the sauna.
There’s a couple of things I would definitely like to address here. First off I’ve been a 15 year member of Genesis and this was the club I signed up for originally. Now, the first thing I will say is the staff is always wonderful, they’re always extremely helpful and they always do whatever they can to help out their clients. This rant is a main Genesis problem.
