The location is truly fantastic, situated right in the heart of Aksarben, making it incredibly convenient whether you're walking, taking public transit, or coming from work. They have a huge variety of modern, high quality equipment, so you rarely have to wait, even during peak hours. Equipment is fine. I prefer the weight area to Cass. The showers were awful. Lights flickering on and off. Drains that dont drain. Question cleanliness.
Tessa has taken this gym to a 10. She pays attention to surveys and feedback. She follows up on club member concerns. She’s taken an interest in answering my questions. Customer service is the differentiator in our society. A gym full of equipment can be found just about anywhere. But engaged management and staff is what keeps people coming back.
Coming in as a regular and being addressed by name is a huge deal for me. So, Lily running the show as a first impression is excellent. Greeted with a smile, asked about things going on in my life (how does she keep it all straight?!) and met with overall pleasant conversation on the way in and/or out. People like Lily are the very reason customers become loyal…this is 100% the case here!
