This club has lots of classes that are free with membership. This club recently underwent a massive renovation. It offers indoor and outdoor pools, racquetball, basketball, yoga, and lots of other programs. It has turf and sleds as well as free weights and machines.
Mika is my personal trainer & she's a treasure! I'm a senior & have health problems - when we met, Mika took the time to understand my needs & goals. She really cares about her clients & you will love her! BTW, my membership is covered under my Medicare Advantage plan. Seniors, it's a great benefit! Older folks aren't always treated respectfully, but everyone here has been lovely!
Mika is an exceptional personal trainer who truly meets you where you are. She takes the time to understand your goals, limitations, and comfort level — and designs workouts that feel both achievable and motivating. Mika is especially thoughtful about past injuries and always ensures you’re moving safely and effectively. Her communication is proactive and supportive, which makes it easy to stay on track. I would highly recommend Mika to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and encouraging trainer!
I had my doubts about local gyms, but Mika made me feel welcome and started me on a fitness journey that has been transformative. I love it here. Can't recommend enough.
