They have a terrible nurse working there they do nothing about horrible attitude disrespectful makes you wait hours for your meds social worker is lazy won't do her job staff comes in sick didn't wear a mask got residence sick staff members are always saying negative things about other staff members behind their backs
I myself work in healthcare. Don’t admit your elderly family. My grandfather had to discharge himself. His meds came hours after the scheduled time. When he was exclaiming in pain he was told by the CNA that he was being too loud. When he rang the call bell it took over 15 minutes for anyone to come into the room. When we decided to say something we were met with attitude and told how busy they were. This was not healthcare!
I enjoy seeing the faces of the residents light up with excitement during events. The compassion, care and understanding of each and every one is seen throughout the center. Kudos to the staff that make this happen each and everyday.💪
