My cousin is there and I'm trying to call him over an hour and nobody is answering the phone.
If I could use a negative number, I would. This place is horrible and better care can be received from a Veterinarian. How Dartmouth Health/APD can send a patient there is unclear to me and a deep concern! They should be ashamed!! Until this facility is closed my heart breaks for anyone that gets placed there.
My mom is there and place is awful! I feel bad that I have to have her there. She had food left in her room for two weeks while she was in the hospital. Some of the LNAs are so rude and nurses as well. The nurses on the TCU are amazing. The rest are useless!
