I am coming up to the end of my contract with Genesis and I felt like I needed to add my thoughts because I had wished someone had mentioned this to me before I had signed up for the year. The equipment at this gym is less than ideal. The machines don't seem well maintained. Some machines have sticky residual and would regularly stick together so you aren't picking up the correct weights during your workout. Joining Genesis Wantirna and signing up for Coaching Zone almost 2 years ago has been one of the best decisions I have made for myself, health and wellness. Joined Genesis Wantirna a few years back, but joining the Coaching Zone this year has been a complete gamechanger for me! For the first time in a long time, I actually look forward to my workouts and prioritise getting to the gym most days. I love the group training format and the variety in the classes across the week. The CZ coaches are super encouraging and push you to your limits, I have no doubt I work so much harder in these classes than if I was doing my own thing on the gym floor, and I can see and feel the benefits.... read more

Genesis have done a great job in keeping the premises clean at all times I like the open space and there's enough equipment so I don't need to wait. Staff are friendly also. A little money spent on the plane wouldn't go astray, especially the heater for the pool. However, as they say..."you get what you pay for". It's good to be back. 😊
