Great gym
Terrible customer service in regards to payments. Will not make you aware of the requirements upon signup. Never told me I was required to have funds in account a whole 24 hrs BEFORE payment is due and charge you 14.95 the second there is a problem with the payment with no courtesy email. Refuses to refund the unfair penalty fees.
I enjoy the reformer pilates classes. I also feel really good about leaving my baby in the crèche and he feels content in the crèche. All the gym staff that I've interacted with so far there have been really lovely.
