Moved away and wanted to cancel my contract. Emailed through their website stating I wanted to cancel. Told they would contact me with 3-5 days. Received no phone call. Found six months later that I was still getting payments taken out. Rang and asked was told very condescendingly that I should have read the contract better. That six months of payments or a $200 cancellation fee was necessary to leave. Read the fine print before joining. This crew love you to join but harder to leave than a cult.
Please please please please change equipments.
