Genesis Rutherford is by far the worst commercial gym in the Maitland area. It does the bare minimum, excels at nothing, and is woefully underwhelming. The gym is poorly equipped and is missing many basic machines and accessories. I was not able to find any cuffs, nor were there a good range of cable attachments. Everything is broken weights are scattered PT staff are ...... not healthy. Options of equipment is shameful. Wipes are greasie and make everything slippery. complete waste of a workout

Cheap equipment/machines. Never fix machines (will sit there for months broken). Bad air flow, hot or hardly run aircon when not staffed. Owners focus attention on pointless things and not addressing fundamental issues. Will install an annoying boom gate, after you’ve already entered the gym, but leave broken equipment everywhere!

Such terrible customer service, they never answer the phone. I have left serval voice messages and emails and no response. I have been overcharged and can’t even get a response.
