I originally signed up for the premium membership just to do Reformer Pilates, but after being invited to join the 8-week challenge a few times, I decided to give it a go. I actually love Coaching Zone even more than the Reformer classes! The coaches are so supportive, and the other members are really encouraging. My back pain is gone, and I feel great — I’m so glad I joined!
Lovely place to work out a bit small tho not gonna lie
Love when the main coach is rude and disrespectful when I politely let him work in when he asks, takes equipment i’m using when I go to the bathroom, and stares at me from across the gym with judgement for no reason
