Have been going to the gym for 1 year this month. There is a lot of room and a lot of equipment... even at the busiest of times. There is a full length swimming pool for doing laps or just relaxing on a hot day. There is also a very comfortable spa pool to ease the aches after a workout. There is a large sauna with plenty of room and also a smaller one perfect for a couple of people. The staff are always welcoming and there is a great atmosphere. It’s ridiculous that the address is not updated because they already moved to new place and staffs said they can not do anything. It totally confuses anyone if the r not informed. Maybe they do not care at all . It’s not lactated at mulgrave road any more.
