This is a very welcoming friendly gym. Great instructors and so much variety of classes especially for older members.
Sensational in every way! Great timetable with so many classes to suit all fitness levels, huge gym floor and outstanding trainers. Very welcoming and inclusive environment. Staff and trainers welcoming, and supportive. First class!
